History & Exhibitions
Lumicles has been exhibited on two public occasions: in 2019 at the Centro Cultural Kirchner and in 2025 at the UBA Faculty of Engineering.
National Arts and Technologies Competition
The project was presented at the National Arts and Technologies Competition 2018, in collaboration with artist Esteban González , who participated in the sound design of the work.
The competition was organized by the National Arts Fund of Argentina. Among the projects presented, Lumicles was selected to be exhibited in a room at the Centro Cultural Kirchner between September and December 2019.
The installation consisted of a PC with 2 screens and an Oculus Rift headset. The user could navigate through the simulations using an XBOX gamepad
Night of Museums – UBA Faculty of Engineering
As part of La Noche de los Museos 2025, the project was exhibited in a classroom at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Buenos Aires (Las Heras campus).
During the event, attendees could freely interact with the application: playing with the parameters and navigating the scene using an Xbox gamepad, or simply witnessing the randomness of the system as spectators.
